Description of Unpaid/Unfinished Bonds Previously Approved by Voters of the Jurisdiction:
As of the 8th day of February, 2022, Independent School District No. 4, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, has 4 General Obligation bond issue(s) outstanding:
$7,825,000 Building Bonds of 2018, dated May 1, 2018 ($2,625,000 outstanding in principal as of the 8th day of February, 2022);
$8,300,000 Building Bonds of 2019, dated May 1, 2019 ($5,550,000 outstanding in principal as of the 8th day of February, 2022);
$8,800,000 Building Bonds of 2020, dated May 1, 2020 ($8,800,000 outstanding in principal as of the 8th day of February, 2022); and
$9,300,000 Building Bonds of 2021, dated May 1, 2021 ($9,300,000 outstanding in principal as of the 8th day of February, 2022).
The School District has $9,800,000 in unissued building bonds authorized at an election held on the 9th day of December, 2008. These bonds will be used to complete the constructing, furnishing, equipping, and/or acquiring of the Choctaw Middle School.
